TFD Group Announces TFD North America and TFD Open Systems

Monterey, CA (May 10, 2007) – TFD Group’s Chairman and CEO, Robert A. Butler announced that the TFD Group of companies would be restructured and TFD North America added to the organization. The parent company, TFD Group, would now assume the responsibility for the management of TFD Europe, TFD Open Systems, TFD EM&TS, and TFD North America.

Roy Pickerill, Chief Operating Officer for the parent company, has assumed the temporary position of President of TFD North America. John Sharp, of TFD Europe, headquartered in the United Kingdom, has assumed the role of Managing Director of TFD Europe.

“The latest developments in Europe indicate that we may begin spawning national companies in Europe in order to cater to cultural differences in their marketplace. Should this pattern emerge, the national entities would become subordinate to TFD Europe and a TFD UK may well be created”, said Mr. Butler.

In addition TFD Open Systems has been established with the company’s acquisition of Open Computer Systems, previously located in Pacific Grove, California. “We recently hired Bill Majerczak to run TFD Open Systems. This small group is expected to grow quickly into a successful IT services company operating primarily in Monterey, but also extending its expertise to TFD Group’s traditional customers” said Mr. Butler. Rob Langhorne has taken the position of Director of Software Development and runs the software development staff for TFD Group.
