Your registration will be confirmed as soon as we receive a check, purchase order or credit card number from you. your firm or agency. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Checks and purchase orders should be made payable to Systems Exchange, Inc.

Please see specific seminars for detailed location and accommodation information, or feel free to contact us with questions. We also offer private, on-site seminars for organizations that have special requirements which can't be met in our own facilities.
Fees
3-day Seminars: The tuition fee of USD1,750 covers the 3-day seminar (PBL, Analytical Methods, or Spares), documentation, lunches and refreshments. The following discounted prices are offered if prepaid:
- Second and additional registrants from the same company: USD1,495
- Government or university registrants: USD1,495
- Persons from Tools for Decision installations covered by an active Technical Support Agreement: USD1,295
1-day Seminar: The tuition fee of USD 995 covers our 1-day seminar (DMx), documentation, lunches and refreshments. The following discounted prices are offered if prepaid:
- Second and additional registrants from the same company: USD 795
- Government or university registrants: USD 795
- Persons from Tools for Decision installations covered by an active Technical Support Agreement: USD 595
Cancellations and Substitutions
To avoid financial liability, cancellation must be made 10 days prior to the seminar. Cancellations received after that time are subject to a USD500 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Course Format
Unless otherwise advised, the sessions begin promptly at 9:00 AM each day, with midmorning and midafternoon breaks. A lunch break is scheduled from Noon to 1:00 PM, and the classes end at about 5:00 PM each day. These hours are subject to variation, depending on the pace of instruction. Participation in discussions is encouraged and occasionally leads to slightly extended class sessions.
