Coronavirus (COVID-19) Service Update

​TFD is open for business and continues to strive to provide the best levels of service and support that we possibly can.  Our top priority is to safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers and associates.  Consequently, the need to maintain social distancing may affect our ability to conduct on-site visits or face-to-face meetings for the time being.

Many TFD team members will continue to work from home, but ​our office phones will be monitored periodically for messages and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.  However, if you need to contact us urgently and you have the email address or mobile phone number of a member of the team, please contact them directly.  Alternatively use the email (TFD Group) or (TFD Europe) or through the Contact Us page on this website.

If you are currently having to work at home and are unable to access your licenced TFD software applications, please do get in contact and we will endeavour to provide you with the necessary installation files and temporary software licences to get you up and running again.
